First baby for 2015

Aaron and Katelyn Whannell pose with their daughter Kassidy Elizabeth, who was born Jan. 5 at 1:57 a.m. at Whitman Hospital, weighing seven pounds, three ounces and measuring 20 inches. She is the first child for the Colfax couple. Maternal grandparents are Dusty and Sharon Smith of Spokane and paternal grandparents are Bobbi Jo and Scott Whannell of Spokane.
