Bushnells mark 65th anniversary

Dale and Marian Bushnell of St. John celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Dec. 25, 2014. Sixty-five years ago on Christmas Day, 100 family members and friends watched them exchange vows in the evening at a church in Spokane. They married on Christmas Day to honor Dale’s parents who were also married on Christmas. From this marriage four children were born; Callie Moore, Carrie Colyar, Candy Behrens and Bruce Bushnell. Dale and Marian also have eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A small get together was held Dec. 20 at their home in St. John with all their children and many of their grandchildren and great-grandchildren present to help them celebrate.
