Serving Whitman County since 1877
The Rural Alliance high school art show will run Jan. 10 through Jan. 23 at the Colfax Branch of Whitman County Library. Artwork will fill two floors of the library with hundreds of student creations, from paintings and drawings to pottery and collage.

Entries in an open class will feature home school teens, those not registered in formal school art programs and those whose school did not participate.
The exhibit will run through Jan. 23 during regular library hours which are Mondays-Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 1-5 p.m.
