Timberwolves target ticket to NE district

Tekoa/Rosalia girls start the last round of league play on the bubble for a ticket for the district playoffs at Reardan with four league rounds left. The Timberwolves are now tied with Liberty at 3-7 for fourth place in the league standings.

Tekoa/Rosalia Friday will host St. George’s at Tekoa and then will play the Lancers at Liberty.

In the first round at Tekoa, the TR girls roared to a 66-47 win over the neighboring Lancers for their first win in the NE race.
