CAC housing projects set for Colfax, Pullman

A complete gutting and rebuild of a house at 1007 S. Mill Street in Colfax will be one of two Community Action Center housing projects set for this spring. The two projects will be funded with a $897,000 grant from the Washington State Housing Trust fund.

The other project will involve construction of a new fourplex unit on a vacant lot in Pullman at the intersection of Summer and Center streets two blocks west of S. Grand, according to Dale Miller, head of the CAC housing program based in Pullman.
