Rainy night on Main Street

Heavy rain brought flood warnings to parts of the Palouse. Rain was accompanied by windy conditions as well. Main Street in Colfax looks more like a river during the heavy rain. Although it’s only early February, weather forecasts call for continued mild temperatures.
