Slate session on CHS hire

A community meeting will be held Feb. 18 at 5:30 p.m. in the Colfax High School library regarding the search for the school’s next principal.

Dr. Dennis Ray of Northwest Leadership Consultants, who has been hired as a consultant for the search, will be on hand.

The meeting will be to receive comment for qualifications the board should seek in hiring a new principal.

Ray has scheduled a meeting with school staff members earlier that day.

Principal Buck Marsh submitted his resignation Dec. 29 and will depart at the end of the school year.
