Advance care planning sessions set at 13 libraries

Thirteen advanced care planning workshops have been scheduled the week of Feb. 23-28 at Whitman County branch libraries and Neill Library in Pullman. Planning facilitators to will be on hand to assist.

Annie Pillers, director of Friends of Hospice, said the goal of the sessions is the help adults make decisions, discuss them with loved ones and health care providers and document their desires. The programs are for all adults, not just senior citizens. Technical knowledge will help residents create, save and send their written plans
