Dahmen throws no-hitter

Colton junior pitcher Carter Dahmen delivered a no-hitter against St. John-Endicott last Friday for an 11-0 win. The game was the first of a doubleheader. The Wildcats won the second game 21-0.

Dahmen threw 13 strikeouts with two walks.

At the plate for Colton (6-0 overall, 4-0 league), leadoff hitter Austin Meyer posted three hits and four RBIs in the first game. Dahmen also had three hits while Brady Chadwick hit two doubles.

Also in the first game, eighth-grader Parker Druffel made his first varsity start, going 2-for-2....
