Nine mayoral chairs will be up for election

Nine mayors’ posts will be up for election this year when local entities will elect candidates for city councils and school, fire, park and cemetery boards.

The lone county seat on the election roll will be the Port of Whitman seat now held by Tom Kammerzell of Colfax in district three. Port seat districts match county commissioner districts.
