Aladina's statements can be used in trial

Superior Court Judge David Frazier ruled Friday that Ruddy Aladina's statements made at the time of his arrest last December can be used at trial. The ruling was made after Aladina's attorney, Steve Martonick, reported the defense agreed with the prosecutors that Pullman officers did not delay in reading Aladina his Miranda Rights prior to his arrest in order to obtain a confession.
