Seek $331,000 in contract suit

A civil suit was filed by Pre Mix, Inc., against BN Builders, Inc., June 3 in superior court here. The suit alleges $331,000 due Pre Mix for materials supplied to the contractor during construction to a WSU Northside Residence Hall Phase 2 project.

The sum remains unpaid and a claim was filed April 21. The suit asks the court to order payment out of the construction retainer fund said held by WSU. Liberty Mutual was listed as a defendant as an alleged holder of a contractorís bond for the project....
