Legislation proposed for port intervention

Proposed legislation introduced in Washington, D.C., in response to the recent nine-month West Coast ports slowdown, has received support from Rep.

Cathy McMorris Rodgers.

“Produce from Eastern Washington feeds people around the world, and our farmers must be able to move their product to market,” McMorris-Rodgers said.
