Jerry Jones marks 50 years as Gazette Editor

Fifty years ago saw a lot going on in Colfax, from the building and dedication of a new city hall, the Colfax High School class of 1945 20-year reunion, the Carson and Barnes Circus making its way through town, timely rain for the 1965 crop, preliminary planning and a fund drive for a new hospital and proposals for a new city pool.

That's also the year Jerry Jones came to town.
