Legion Posse wins two at Lakeside

Pullman Posse hammered Lakeside twice Monday night in Junior Legion play. The Posse rolled to Nine Mile Falls for makeup games.

Pullman took the opener 21-2 over five innings with a 14-run charge in the second inning. The Posse rattled off 16 hits in the first game. Six batters in the Posse lineup had two hits each.

In the second game, Pullman stacked up a 26-13 win in an all-out hit derby. Posse batters rapped 26 hits, and the Eagles totaled 13. Cal Gregory and Jake Mendiola each had five hits with Mendiola pegging two doubles.
