LaX Pride group given Avista grant

LaCrosse Community Pride has received a $1,000 grant from the Avista Foundation. The LaCrosse group was among recipients of grants announced Aug. 5. Total amount of the grants was $81,500.

The foundation credited LaCrosse Community Pride with spuring redevelopment of buildings and resources in the town which had been facing economic setbacks.
