AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF FARMINGTON, WASHINGTON, repealing Ordinance Number 64 and Amendment Number 160-93, Fireworks use and sale in Farmington.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FARMINGTON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Ordinance 64 and Amendment 160-93 are hereby repealed.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after this ordinance, or summary thereof, is published in the official newspaper of the Town of Farmington as required by law.

X. NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR TENANTS - The purchaser at the Trustee's Sale is entitled to possession of the property on the 20th day following the sale, as against the Grantor under the Deed of Trust (the owner) and anyone having an interest junior to the Deed of Trust, including occupants who are not tenants.
