DEVELOPMENT REVIEW

PROCESS

TO THE COLFAX

MUNICIPAL CODE

WHEREAS, RCW 35.23.440(33) grants second-class cities the power to regulate streets and sidewalks; and

WHEREAS, RCW 35.23.440(50) grants second-class cities the ability to enforce safety and sanitary measures; and

WHEREAS, to enable the city to be business friendly it is in the best interest to have a clear, concise, written development review process; therefore

THE CITY OF COLFAX ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
