African missionary to speak

Dr. J. Jeffrey Hoover, a missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church, will give a presentation on his ministry in Africa next Monday, Sept. 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the LaCrosse Methodist Church. He is committed to the development of a viable United Methodist-related university at Mulungwishi which can help address the needs of the Congo.
