Concrete goes down for Palouse skate park

The first dip into the bowl of the Tony Kettel Skate Gardens in Palouse came after three years and more than $45,000 in fundraising.

Lead organizer Aaron Flansburg was not the first to skate the bowl — it was two workers staying in town for the park’s construction.
