Thursday, Greg and Gwen Nolan brought a trailer with the ingredients for the soup packets and Becky and Steve Camp, Brian and Debi Largent, Gary Largent, Jon Webster, Audrey Largent and Jody Conrad arrived in the Onecho bus. With the aid of the Homestead Ministries helpers, the school students and some parents bagged 10,800 soup packets that were donated to the Boise Rescue Mission. The session was even visited by the governor of Idaho’s wife. The Onecho Bus and passengers came home Friday and the rest returned on Saturday.

Friday afternoon, Pastor Dennis and Marion Bay arrived at the home of Larry and Di Brink. Pastor Bay was helping with the Leslie Wigen wedding Saturday. They spent the time visiting relatives and friends and sight-seeing. They spent several days in Friday Harbor with their cousin Nancy and Red Earp. The rest of the time they visited with their niece’s family JoAnn and Brian Elrod and Lauren and Aiden in Bellevue, their brother and sister-in-law Al and June Broeckel, cousin Denise and Tony Kendall and friend Nancie Dalton, all in Tacoma.
