FSA offers drought assistance for needed water additions

The Farm Service Agency at Colfax Oct. 6 announced a federal program for area farmers and ranchers affected by drought.

A report from Patrick Lewis in the Colfax office said farmers and ranchers may be eligible for cost-share assistance under the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP).
