Fit, the new fitness facility in Colfax, held its grand opening Monday with Mayor Todd Vanek on hand to cut the ribbon. Also newly opened is Sport Town, a sports shoes and apparel store adjacent to Fit. The store, owned by Steve and Debbie Warwick – along with Fit – marks a return of sorts to Colfax. The Warwicks opened Sport Shack in Colfax in 1971, which later moved to the Palouse Mall in Moscow with the new name Sport Town.
