The Thrifty Grandmothers were present at the Colfax Rotary luncheon at the United Methodist Church Thursday for the kick off to the Colfax & Community Fund Drive. They were honored for their $5,000 donation and contributions to the community as guests of the luncheon and with a plaque.
The annual Colfax & Community Fund Drive kicked off Oct. 22 with the Colfax Rotary Club luncheon at the United Methodist Church.
At the luncheon, Solimine presented the Thrifty Grandmothers with a plaque to recognize the Thrifty Grandmother’s contribution to the fund drive.
