First lights get put up

Several Community Club members decorated the trees on 3rd St. with Christmas lights over this past weekend to beat the bad weather. The rest of the Christmas decorations will be done the week before Endicott's Christmas celebration Dec. 5.

Community Bible Church hosted Soup and Bread dinner at the Trinity Lutheran Church social hall. The ladies provided 10 delicious soups, hearty breads and a variety of cookies and cake for a crowd of about 60 community members to enjoy.

Final plans are in the works for the Endicott Community Club German Dinner and Silent Auction. Today a group of members will make the Kraut Kouga at the school. Saturday will be the set up day, and Sunday will be the dinner from noon to 2:30 p.m. with the auction ending at 2:45 p.m.
