Homestead volunteers aid 'Feed Spokane'

Homestead Ministries, led by Tom Riedner of Dusty and Greg Nolan of Colfax, met in Spokane last week with the “Feed Spokane” group and volunteers from Fairchild Air Force Base to make 30 meal packets for Spokane soup kitchens from 13,500 lbs. of supplies. Eight Whitman County residents went along to help with the process.

David and Phyllis Stueckle; Goldie Foss, Colfax and Rueben and Judy Stueckle, Puyallup, recently spent a week at Seaside, Ore. They also took in a side trip to Tillamook for the ice cream and cheese....
