Chamber luncheon coming Jan. 27

The Colfax Chamber of Commerce has scheduled a luncheon with residents welcome Jan. 27 at 12 p.m. at Kincaid Real Estate. Those attending are asked to park in the Kincaid parking area and not at Subway.

On the agenda will be Chamber updates and information, an update from Chamber President Nancy Cochran, information about the Main Street Program and information about Startup Whitman.

“This is a way to keep our general members in the loop,” said Valoree Gregory, Colfax's unified executive director. “It is our way to keep them involved.”

Gregory said those who attend are welcome to share ideas for Colfax and also to give input regarding the ideas discussed.

Chamber luncheons used to be monthly, but they will now be quarterly.

Box lunches will be provided by Fonk's, and the cost to attend and have lunch is $12. Those interested can register at http://www.explorecolfax.com.
