Concrete River flowing

After the Concrete River was bare in the summer from little to no rains, it is now flowing after several weeks of snowfall and rain. The Jan. 5 photo, left, shows the river full of ice, snow and water, while the Jan. 15 photo, at right, shows the water level rising and flowing quickly down the canal.
