Obituaries Jan. 21: Thompson correction

Betty Passig Thompson, retired registered nurse who resided in Palouse for 60 years, died at her home Dec. 26, 2015. She was 86 at the time of her death. An obituary published Dec. 31, 2015, listed an incorrect age. She retired in 1989 after working as a private nurse and at St. Ignatius and Whitman Community Hospital in Colfax.
