NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS)

Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

A bank stabilization project along the South Fork of the Palouse River and Fourmile Creek. This project intends to install a 50 foot riparian buffer on approximately 12 acres of land and 6,700 stream feet.
