Fire chief Heston appoints Nuttman as deputy

Pullman Fire Chief Mike Heston promoted Tony Nuttman, a veteran of 15 years on the Pullman Fire Department, to the newly created position of deputy fire marshal. Nuttman has been active with the department on the joint fire investigation team since he joined the department, and prior to working in Pullman, was on the fire investigative team in Marion and Polk counties in Oregon.
