The public is notified of a hearing requested by Warmsley & Co., LLC before the Board of Adjustment on Thursday, February 25, 2016, at 7:00 PM in the Public Service Building, 1st floor auditorium, N. 310 Main St., Colfax, Washington.

The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for the following project:
