Nguyens make plans for theater

The Old Rose Theater will be making a comeback in Colfax, said Kim Nguyen, new owner of the building that until last month was the site of Peak Fitness on the lower floor.

Nguyen, purchaser of five downtown buildings and a house in Colfax, and her husband, Phong Nguyen, were in town from Texas last week to see her buildings, meet the tenants and start making plans.

“I love it,” she said of Colfax. “I’m happy with what I bought!”
