Vanek slates State of City address

Colfax Mayor Todd Vanek has scheduled a State of the City address for Friday, March 25, at Events on Main.

The address is slated for noon, and box lunches will be available for purchase starting at 11:30 a.m. Colfax's Unified Executive Director Valoree Gregory said there is no cost listed right now for the lunch, and people will just pay at Events on Main when picking up the boxed lunches.

The State of the City address will take the place of the regular Chamber of Commerce member luncheon, Gregory said.

“We use it as a Chamber luncheon, but anyone can come,” she said.
