Solid Waste Facility Recycling Education & Events Planning
Whitman County solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in "Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle" education and event planning. Consultants will be considered for the following tasks.
The work to be performed by the consultant will consist of developing, scheduling, preparing, and delivering lessons on recycling, for the 4th and 5th grade classrooms in the elementary schools all around Whitman County. It will also include developing, scheduling, preparing, and delivering educational materials at community events.
Submittals should include firm name, contact information, project manager, and firm and personnel qualifications. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: 1) key personnel; 2) firm experience with similar projects and events in the area, 3) ability to meet schedule, 4) past performance 5) References. Bid Conditions.The Bidder must supply all information required by the contract documents, and must bid on all items presented.Bids must be completed and signed in space(s) provided on the enclosed blank bid schedule or the bid will be subject to rejection.Bids may be held by Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport Board for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.

X.
