April trial set for Berntgen

An April 11 trial date has been scheduled for Brian J. Berntgen, 25, Oakesdale. He was charged Feb. 23 with delivery of a controlled substance to a minor. The drug was identified as alprazolam in the formal charge.

A deputy Feb. 21 responded to a report of a disorderly person at a residence in Oakesdale. According to the arrest report, when he arrived at the scene the deputy was presented with a cigarette case which contained five white pills which were identified to be Xanax.
