Moscow vinyl wrap design contest entries due April 18

The Moscow Arts Commission and City of Moscow have issued a call for artists for vinyl wrap designs for traffic boxes. The call is open to anyone 18 and older who resides in Whitman, Latah, Nez Perce or Asotin County as well as all Nez Perce and Coeur d'Alene tribal members.
