UTILITY BILL QUESTIONNAIRES

A one-page questionnaire which was sent out last week with the city’s utility bills has been questioned by some residents. The questionnaire went to all of the city’s utility customers which total approximately 1,200 residents. Among information sought on the questionnaire was a listing of social security numbers and drivers license numbers.
