A three-hour game, six and two-thirds innings from Tyler Anderson and nine errors for the St. John/ Endicott/LaCrosse Eagles added up to a 21-17 victory at Dayton Tuesday.
Anderson gave up just four earned runs on the day, with four strikeouts, before Terrell Webb came in to get the last out, throwing five pitches.
“It was a great all-around game,” said Eagles coach Kyle Schultheis. “We continued to put runs on the board every inning. It was good for our pitcher to feel the support.”
