Lentil fest poster will be unveiled June 2

Official kickoff for the 28th annual national Lentil Festival will be June 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Chipman & Taylor Chevrolet in Pullman when the 2016 festival poster will be unveiled.

Kurt Snyder of Salida, Colo., won the design competition for the poster. He also designed the 2014 poster.

Snyder, who won $1,500 for the winning design entry, is expected to be on hand June 2 to sign posters, souvenir T-shirts and other merchandise which will all be available for purchase.
