Aisle tour set at Rosauers June 8

Whitman Hospital's registered dietitian Anna Hein, RD, CD, will lead an interactive tour on Wednesday, June 8, at Rosauers in Colfax from noon to 1 p.m.

This workshop is to help local residents make better healthy food choices without getting lost and caught up in the aisles at the local grocery store.

The tour will include how to decode nutrition claims, compare different brands and how to make better choices for special diets such as diabetes, high blood pressure, weight loss and food allergies.
