Library to counter equipment failure

Library users may experience technical difficulties with Whitman County Library's online catalog service due to unexpected equipment failure. The library is set to close on Monday, June 27, in order to replace a failing server and perform system upgrades. In the meantime, customers who encounter difficulties searching, requesting or renewing items are encouraged to contact the library toll-free. Besides the library's catalog, additional electronic products such as Consumer Reports, A to Z Databases, Whitman County Rural Heritage and others are fully functional.
