Endicott – 7 p.m. – Book Club Walk – Wear comfy shoes and bring a bottled water as we take a walk to discuss the books we are currently reading.
Friday, June 17
Colfax – 10 to 11:30 a.m. – Play & Learn – Creative play and sharing for toddlers, preschoolers and parents. Visit the calendar for times.
Albion – 12 to 1:30 p.m. – Side Walk Games – Chalk, kickball, hula hoops and more! Come to the basketball court next to the library for some fun in the sun!
Saturday, June 18
Rosalia – 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. – Book Walk for Adults – Join us for a de-stressing healthy walk and enjoy talking with other participants about what they are reading. Dress comfortably for the weather, this walk will begin and end at the library!
Tekoa – 5 p.m. – Teddy Roosevelt and His 1900 Whistle Stop Tour – Listen to Scott Woodward talk about President Theodore Roosevelt's 17-city whistle stop tour of Washington state, inspiring thousands of Washington residents on both sides of the Cascades to enjoy our national parks and refuges. Roosevelt made a stop in Tekoa on May 26, 1903, as part of his inaugural reception His visit spurred the formation of natural wildlife refuges, national forests and parks and national monuments.
Monday, June 20
Colton – 10:30 a.m. – On Your Mark, Get Set…Read! – Kids of all ages are invited to attend Summer Reading.
LaCrosse – 10:30 a.m. to Noon – Play & Learn – Social time for kids and parents with play, singing, crafts and storytelling.
Colfax – 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Caregiver Coffee Group – All paid and unpaid caregivers are welcome to attend the event is free.
Tuesday, June 21
Palouse – 9:30 a.m. – Old School Games – Checkers, hop scotch, hula hoops and more! Come to the library for some fun!

Eells Park in Colfax – 4 p.m. – Let’s Play Sports! – Join us for a FREE program at the park.
Lamont – 5 p.m. – Summer Reading – Enjoy the kick off to summer reading at the 2nd annual barbecue! Kids will get a free book to start off Summer Reading.
Rosalia – 5 p.m. – Create a Pennant Party – Rosalia teens are welcome to join the library at the park to create their own pennant!
Wednesday, June 22
Endicott, LaCrosse, Malden, & St. John – Cecil the Magician – Cecil the Magician will exercise imaginations with a 45-minute magic show full of fantastic surprises and audience participation. See the calendar for times.
Garfield – 1 p.m. – Fitness at Your Library – Come meet a young group of local runners who participated in Bloomsday! We will also have the Rolling Hills Derby Dames talk about the fun sport of roller derby and give us a short demonstration. A fun craft and yummy snack will be provided.
Colfax – 6 to 7 p.m. – Moving through LIFE – Light Impact Functional Exercise offered for free at the by Lisa Johnson–Shull.
