Slinkard takes seat on Palouse council

The City of Palouse swore in a new city council member Tuesday, June 14.

Bill Slinkard, a retired WSU employee, was appointed to take the place of the late Bo Ossinger, who died March 20.

The council chose Slinkard, one of two candidates who submitted a letter of interest. The other was Mike Murphy, who formerly served as a Palouse councilmember in the early 2000s.
