Order filed in Warner suit

An order was filed in court June 17 allowing David Warner of Pullman an alternate means of serving notice to defendants in the civil suit he has filed for alleged damages in a fight outside of Stubblefield's Bar on college hill in Pullman.

Warner was allowed to serve notice on the three defendants by publication or certified mail. His motion stated he was unable to complete serving notice of the suit by conventional means to three of the defendants in the case.

Warner's attorney filed a civil suit for damages March 29, three years after the 2013 assault which resulted in alleged disabilities....
