BC Trail closed until Saturday

The Bill Chipman Trail between Pullman and Moscow will be closed until Saturday morning to allow for application of a sealing coat. The contractor on the project has applied filler to the cracks along the trail, and the sealer has been applied to about half of the distance.

The trail work had been scheduled for the first two days of this week, but rain over the last two days has bumped the re-opening of the trail to Saturday morning, according to Tim Myers, Whitman County parks director.
