Four high school seniors from Whitman County will compete in the annual Distinguished Young Women Washington scholarship program at Washington State University's Beasley Coliseum next week. Formerly known as Washington's Junior Miss, it is a scholarship program which was founded in 1958 in Mobile, Ala., and is the biggest and oldest national scholarship program.
