Travel trailer charge

Daniel Thomas, 32, Lamont, pleaded not guilty in superior court Friday morning to a charge of being in possession of stolen property. Thomas has been scheduled for an Oct. 17 trial.

According to the report by Sheriff’s Sgt. Chris Chapman, Thomas was arrested July 18 at Lamont on a warrant which was issued when he allegedly failed to appear in court for a compliance review hearing. He was arrested at his father’s shop.
