Serving Whitman County since 1877
Nine sessions of working with award-winning Snap Circuit kits have been scheduled this month at Whitman County library branches. Youngsters 10 years and older are invited to create electronic circuits that really work.
The Snap Circuit kits offer hundreds of interactions with electronic switches, resistance, capacitors, transistors, electronic sound, integrated circuits, radio, meters, diodes and more. Participants will snap together components to build projects such as a musical doorbell, police siren, digital voice recorder and FM radio.
Due to limited space, registration for the programs is required. Call the library branch nearest to home to register for this opportunity, which is sponsored by Washington State Library and Institute of Museum and Library Services.
