Parenting class set for Rosalia

Rosalia Library and the Healthy Tekoa Coalition will host free parenting workshops for all adults on six Thursday evenings beginning tonight, Sept. 22, at the Rosalia Library from 6-7:30 p.m.

Families with children ages 6 to 16 are encouraged to participate in the six programs. Class topics will cover preventing problem behaviors, developing clear and healthy beliefs, controlling anger and strengthening family bonds.

Childcare and light snacks will be provided. Adults who complete the six-week course will earn a $20 gift certificate.
